About the Role:

Acumen Business Catalyst is a leading real estate firm in Mumbai seeking an experienced High Level Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our Executive Director.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior management. They will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports or presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled, including agendas and materials.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-ups on key initiatives.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings and projects.
  • Project Assistance: Assist in the management of ongoing projects by tracking progress, preparing reports, and providing support where needed.
  • Travel Management: Organize travel arrangements for the Executive Director, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Task Prioritization: Prioritize and manage tasks for the Executive Director, ensuring deadlines are met and commitments are fulfilled.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior management.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Personality: Professional, proactive, and able to work under pressure with a positive attitude.

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
