Administrative Support Specialist for Poddar Housing

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional secretarial and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for an individual who excels at working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of inquiries.
- Receive and manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and route them accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, using discretion and judgment when necessary.
- Provide high-level administrative support, including preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Proven experience in executive administration, with a strong understanding of administrative operations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executives, colleagues, and external partners.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
