Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Alchemy Group.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and driving business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for Management, handling inquiries, correspondence, and outcomes in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, briefing notes, and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate agendas, logistics, and minutes for Board, leadership, and external meetings, ensuring all follow-up actions are tracked.
- Maintain accurate databases, tracking systems, and 'bring forward' systems to organize Management projects and provide research, summaries, and solutions proactively.
- Manage the Management calendar, resolve time conflicts, and plan meetings with employees and stakeholders to optimize efficiency.
- Process expenses, manage purchase orders, and provide finance and legal-related support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Plan engagement activities, offsite events, and learning programs to foster a positive culture and support employee development.
