Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at NMIMS. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various activities related to accreditation, database management, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate accreditation processes and assist the Registrar in preparing timely documentation.
- Manage the Database Management System and keep regular updates of information by coordinating with departments.
- Collate data and keep records for accreditation purposes.
- Prepare required documentation and presentations for accreditation agencies.
- Coordinate with various accreditation agencies and manage peer team visits.
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the officers of the Institute from time to time.
Requirements:
- Masters degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent GPA.
- 7 years of administrative experience as Superintendent or in an equivalent post.
- Prior experience in educational institutes is preferred.
