About Us:

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our delivery team, ensuring successful project outcomes and exceptional client service.

As the primary point of contact for clients, you will work closely with them to understand their needs and provide guidance to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the delivery team, overseeing project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery and migration.
  • Spearhead initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to meet their needs and effectively manage their expectations, engaging in delivery governance forums and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, leading account mining activities to ensure cloud solutions align with company standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Guide and work hands-on with the pursuit team for technical solution design, estimation, planning, commercials, and proposal presentation.
Expertise We Require:
  • Experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain, preferably with customers in Clinical, Pharma, Healthcare Payer, and Provider domains.
  • Understanding of regulatory aspects applicable to the HLS industry and good grasp of technology and product engineering to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Managing and leading highly skilled teams, team leaders, and product developers to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Able to learn required domain and technology necessary for the program or area of engagement.
Requirements:
  • 15 years of progressive experience in Delivery Leadership roles for Software development and Salesforce Management Programs.
  • Proven delivery leadership for a multi-customer portfolio with a mix of T&M, fixed price, etc.
  • Ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director level stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for customer meetings (10% to 25%).
