Job Description

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of project methodologies within the property & casualty insurance space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and external vendors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones, manage risks and resolve issues proactively.
  • Drive communication across stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and executive sponsors.
  • Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reports and executive updates.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 9+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT or insurance, with 5+ years managing similar projects. A strong understanding of project methodologies is essential, along with proven experience with Agile frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are also required.
