Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary leader to spearhead large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, manage multiple teams, and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

  • Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for planning, execution, and delivery of projects within defined scope, timelines, and objectives.
  • Define project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee and coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Anticipate potential risks, establish mitigation strategies, and resolve issues at a senior level.
  • Monitor project progress through advanced tools, performance metrics, and reporting systems.
  • Present regular updates, reports, and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, industry standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred)
  • 10-15 years of proven leadership experience in project management and delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, complex projects with multi-stakeholder involvement
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities
  • Expertise in handling multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic environments
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills
