Technical Director - Agentic AI Development

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Director to lead our development of agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and scaling complex systems, as well as experience leading engineering teams.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position where you will be responsible for owning the architecture and development of our agentic AI platform. You will design scalable, reliable backend infrastructure that powers automation workflows, lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, and collaborate closely with other departments to deliver into real-world environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the technical direction and execution of our agentic AI platform
  • Designing and developing scalable, reliable backend infrastructure
  • Leading and mentoring a distributed engineering team
  • Collaborating with product, operations, and implementation teams

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred)
  • Deep experience with Python or comparable backend languages
  • Proven track record designing and scaling complex systems
  • Experience leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability
