We are looking for a seasoned and visionary Project Head to take charge of large-scale projects, ensuring their successful planning, execution, and delivery.

The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, manage multiple teams, and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

This role demands strong leadership, foresight, and the ability to align projects with the companys long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for planning, execution, and delivery of projects within defined scope, timelines, and budgets.

- Define project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives.

- Oversee and coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

- Anticipate potential risks, establish mitigation strategies, and resolve issues at a senior level.

- Monitor project progress through advanced tools, performance metrics, and reporting systems.

- Present regular updates, reports, and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and industry standards.

- Mentor, guide, and inspire project managers and team members to achieve Graduate/Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).

- 10-15 years of proven leadership experience in project management and delivery.

- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, complex projects with multi-stakeholder involvement.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.

- Expertise in handling multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic environments.

- Strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
