Leading Cloud-Native Application Delivery

As a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of cloud-native and enterprise applications. This involves strong technical leadership, project governance, and stakeholder management to ensure seamless delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to drive technical excellence, Agile delivery practices, and cloud adoption strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of multiple cloud-based projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Provide technical leadership across solution architecture, cloud adoption, API integrations, and application modernization.
  • Define and manage delivery roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Guide development teams on best practices for cloud technologies, microservices, REST APIs, and DevOps.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance best practices in cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and product owners to align delivery with business and technical requirements.
  • Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive a culture of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation within delivery teams.
  • Monitor delivery KPIs, track risks/issues, and provide executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 12+ years of IT project/program delivery experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical delivery management role.
  • Strong hands-on background in cloud computing, containerization, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade applications using Azure services.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code, software architecture, and API-first design.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or PMP/SAFe are a strong plus.
