Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of software engineering projects and programs. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the scope, goals, and roadmap of software programs in collaboration with engineering and product leadership.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure understanding of priorities, execution visibility, project delivery, and achievement of targeted outcomes. Key deliverables will include timely project delivery, adherence to budget and quality standards, and effective risk mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management in software engineering or related technical field.
  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications such as, PMP, SAFe, or equivalent.
