Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Centre Head to lead our operations.

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our centre and ensuring the smooth delivery of services.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 18 years of experience in software delivery, QA, or certification/testing services, preferably in gaming, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
  • They should also have minimum 10–12 years in leadership roles managing large teams or delivery centres.
  • A strong understanding of compliance frameworks, QA methodologies, and SDLC is essential.
  • The candidate should have experience working with clients in regulated markets (gaming, BFSI, healthcare preferred).
  • Knowledge of gaming standards like GLI, ISO/IEC 17025, or responsible gaming practices is a plus.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
