Job Title: Chief Strategic Leader

The organization is seeking a visionary leader to head its Knowledge Excellence Centre at the Bhayandar campus. As the Chief Strategic Leader, you will be responsible for managing existing activities and introducing new areas of study, research, and training.

This role encompasses:

  • To expand current initiatives and introduce new projects in socio-political-economic arenas to policy level wherever possible.
  • Closely studying international events and initiatives in stated domains and reviewing their application, relevance, and adaptation to India.
  • Developing and executing training, public awareness, and research programs to facilitate policymakers through collaborative approaches with all stakeholders.
  • Fostering collaboration with government bodies, academia, and civic partners.
  • Guiding and ensuring execution of strategies for in-house talent management & development programs to meet new initiatives.
  • Operating with management committees through consultative approaches.
  • Strategic guidance and operational excellence of existing campus facilities and its expansion projects.

The ideal candidate profile includes:

  • Any professional qualification with Ph.D. preferred.
  • Proven experience of 20-25 years in leadership, education, social research, public policy, or non-profit sectors.
  • Strong track record in program development, partnerships, and team management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Commitment to ethical governance and public leadership aligned with the ethos of "New Leaders for a New India".
