Chief Intellectual Property Custodian

As a seasoned Intellectual Property Manager, you will oversee brand protection and e-commerce activities, manage enforcement efforts, and related e-commerce tasks across marketplaces, domains, and social media. Your responsibilities will include leading onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions, setting clear expectations, and establishing brand protection strategies.

Working closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will ensure technical, enforcement, and customer-facing tasks are delivered effectively. Key initiatives will include driving process improvements in brand protection, new business models, and AI innovation.

Furthermore, you will partner with the CCO to identify research and drive forward new leads, client relationships, and strategic partnerships. As a skilled project manager, you will handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality standards.

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in online brand protection.
• Proven track record of successful takedowns on marketplaces, domains, and social media.
• Excellent communication skills to build trust and establish strong relationships with clients.
• Commercial acumen to spot opportunities and solve complex problems.
• Masters in Business or Legal preferred.
