Job Title: Chief Development Officer

We are seeking an experienced and innovative fundraising professional to lead our development efforts. As Chief Development Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in fundraising and development, preferably in a non-profit or educational setting.
  • Proven track record of success in securing major gifts and building relationships with high-level donors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
