Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our company's human resources function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing effective HR strategies, policies, and procedures that drive business growth and success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and development of all employees. This includes designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, and providing coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, including developing job descriptions, advertising vacancies, and conducting interviews.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to HR practices.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making and improve HR outcomes.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role or with a focus on talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures, including employment law and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
