Enterprise Learning and CRM Sales Expert

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead new business acquisition in the enterprise learning and CRM technology space.

This high-ownership role involves selling comprehensive learning enablement platforms and CRM solutions to mid-to-large enterprises, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding market share.

The ideal candidate must possess prior experience in selling L&D solutions, coupled with a strong ability to engage with HR, L&D, and Business stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new enterprise opportunities by selling L&D and CRM solutions to clients across various industries
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers such as L&D Heads, HR Heads, Sales Enablement Leaders, and Business Heads
  • Conduct consultative, solution-led sales cycles to understand customer needs and deliver tailored demos and proposals aligned to their business and learning goals
  • Maintain a robust pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, referrals, and targeted campaigns
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets while consistently delivering exceptional sales performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales with a proven track record of success
  • Proven expertise in selling Learning & Development (L&D) solutions to enterprise clients, with a strong understanding of enterprise buying behavior in HR, Learning, or Sales Enablement functions
  • Experience in quota-carrying sales roles with consistent achievement of targets and a strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, solutioning, and executive engagement skills, with the ability to articulate complex sales strategies and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
