
Tele Sales Director

This pivotal leadership role drives revenue growth, market expansion, and customer impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Generation Strategy: Define and execute demand generation strategies for high-velocity inside sales motions.
- P&L Management: Own cost-effective revenue growth and drive profitability through data-driven insights.
- Lead Flow Optimization: Continuously optimize lead flow, sales velocity, and conversion rates using actionable insights.
CXO-Level Engagements:
- Lead CXO-level engagements including MBRs and QBRs with enterprise clients.
- Campaign Design: Collaborate with clients on campaign design, performance optimization, and revenue expansion.
- Upsell/Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to improve overall customer lifetime value.
Team Leadership & Operations:
- Inside Sales Operation: Manage large-scale inside sales operations with 60+ team members.
- Data-Driven Culture: Foster a data-driven, high-accountability culture across sales execution and delivery.
- Coach Program Managers & Sales Managers: Coach Program Managers and Sales Managers to scale performance through metrics and best practices.
- GTM Alignment: Partner with internal functions (marketing, delivery, sales ops) to streamline GTM alignment.
Requirements:
- 15+ Years of Experience: 15+ years of experience in B2B inside sales/demand generation, preferably in IT/IT Services industry.
- Leading Large Sales Teams: Strong background in leading large, distributed sales teams with proven results in pipeline growth and sales productivity.
- Client-Facing Leadership Roles: Excellent stakeholder management with experience in client-facing leadership roles.
- Influencing Outcomes: Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes using data, insights, and operational excellence.
