
Senior Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Secure new clients in IT, finance, healthcare, and engineering sectors by building strong relationships with HR, hiring managers, and department heads.
- Lead Generation: Develop and manage a client pipeline through strategic networking, thorough research, and referrals to drive business growth.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create sales strategies that increase market share and enhance revenue streams.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized proposals to clients that meet their needs and align with company goals.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals that result in successful partnerships and expanded business opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent client satisfaction.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Track key performance indicators, conversion rates, and client satisfaction to inform data-driven decisions and drive business growth.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in staffing/recruitment.
- Knowledge: Understanding of temporary, permanent, and contract staffing models.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
- Tools: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, willingness to travel, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
