Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Account Growth Specialist to drive revenue growth through strategic account management and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and engage with key channel partners, conduct market research, and develop relationships to drive business expansion.
- Partner Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring regular communication, support, and successful partnership outcomes.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to generate revenue from channel partners, work closely with partners to create joint sales and marketing plans, monitor performance, and provide guidance to improve sales results.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, analyze sales data, and make recommendations for business growth and expansion.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all partner interactions and sales activities, prepare regular reports on partner performance and sales metrics.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, channel business, and business development.
- Startup experience (merchant onboarding) is an asset.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics is essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines is crucial.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google sheets is necessary.
