Job Title: Sr. Director of Human Capital Management

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Director of Human Capital Management to lead our HR function and drive business growth.
  • The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex HR operations, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans that align with the organization's overall objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • No less than 13 years of relevant experience in HR leadership positions.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through effective HR strategies.
