
Leader of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations

A seasoned human resources leader is required to join our organization as director of talent acquisition and HR operations. This strategic and hands-on role blends core HR responsibilities with a robust admin and logistics portfolio, essential for supporting a globally dispersed ecosystem.
About the RoleThis position requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can lead end-to-end recruitment of academic and functional staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in talent acquisition, HR business partnering, and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
- HR Business Partnering:
- Provide expert HR advice to academic and operations teams on performance management, learning and development, and succession planning.
- HR Operations:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across multiple locations.
- Onboarding and Employee Experience:
- Design and implement customized onboarding experiences suited to academic environments.
- Admin and Logistics Management:
- Oversee student and faculty housing operations, ensuring comfort, safety, and service standards.
- At least 10 years of experience in HRBP, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
- Strong experience in admin/logistics coordination, vendor management, and multi-site operations.
- Excellent communication, program management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance, especially in multi-location and cross-border contexts.
