Director of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations

A seasoned human resources leader is required to join our organization as director of talent acquisition and HR operations. This strategic and hands-on role blends core HR responsibilities with a robust admin and logistics portfolio, essential for supporting a globally dispersed ecosystem.

About the Role

This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can lead end-to-end recruitment of academic and functional staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in talent acquisition, HR business partnering, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • HR Business Partnering:
    • Provide expert HR advice to academic and operations teams on performance management, learning and development, and succession planning.
  • HR Operations:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across multiple locations.
  • Onboarding and Employee Experience:
    • Design and implement customized onboarding experiences suited to academic environments.
  • Admin and Logistics Management:
    • Oversee student and faculty housing operations, ensuring comfort, safety, and service standards.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in HRBP, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
  • Strong experience in admin/logistics coordination, vendor management, and multi-site operations.
  • Excellent communication, program management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance, especially in multi-location and cross-border contexts.
