We're seeking an accomplished HR Specialist to join our team and take charge of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development efforts.

  • Develop a deep understanding of global compliance and international team dynamics.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs and design recruiting strategies that attract top talent.

Key responsibilities include:

Culture & Employee Experience

  • Champion the company's mission, values, and vision in daily HR practices.
  • Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, recognition, and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and programs that reinforce strong company culture.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee core HR functions such as employee records, policy updates, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations with discretion and fairness.

Performance & Development

  • Support managers in implementing performance management processes (reviews, feedback, development plans).
  • Help design and roll out learning and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Identify leadership development opportunities to support internal promotion and succession planning.

Strategic HR Initiatives

  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Proactively identify HR-related issues and propose scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to change management and organizational design as the company evolves.
