Strategic Hiring Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead bulk hiring across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, drive ambitious hiring goals and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Team Performance: Lead, mentor and energize a high-performing team of recruiters to consistently hit challenging targets.
  • Own the Outcome: Deliver results with speed, accuracy and accountability.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Partner with business leaders to align hiring strategies with business priorities and drive growth.
  • Be Data-Savvy: Use analytics to track performance, forecast needs and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate Deeply: Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless onboarding and talent acquisition.
  • Travel Strategically: Visit locations across India to strengthen hiring pipelines and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bulk hiring for high-volume roles in a B2C environment.
  • Strong people leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making & stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical & solutions-driven – thrives on solving complex problems at speed.
  • Collaborative, resilient and results-focused.
