Talent Acquisition Leader

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring across multiple locations and functions. Your expertise will help us build a strong talent pipeline and scale our in-house recruitment team.

The Role
  • We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a proven track record of leading volume and multi-location hiring campaigns.
  • You will work closely with our founders and business leaders to align hiring strategies with growth milestones.
Requirements
  • 8-10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in fast-paced high-growth environments.
  • Strong exposure to volume and multi-location hiring, with the ability to drive hiring across clinic and HQ functions.
  • A growth mindset and result-oriented approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
