About the Role:- Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate growth objectives into quarterly and annual hiring roadmaps.
- Leadership Hiring: Drive recruitment for senior and critical roles across functions, leveraging expertise in high-growth startups, fintech, or BFSI.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing recruitment team, focusing on delivery excellence and stakeholder engagement.
- Recruitment Strategy & Process Ownership: Oversee end-to-end hiring processes, implementing tools, systems, and best practices for efficiency and candidate experience.
- Data-Driven Hiring: Leverage analytics and dashboards to track TAT, funnel health, diversity, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with CXOs and senior leadership to anticipate evolving talent needs and recommend sourcing strategies aligned with market trends.
- Process Innovation: Enhance candidate experience and optimize funnels through automation, technology adoption, and innovative sourcing methods.
- Experience: 10+ years in recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership/strategic role; background in high-growth startups, fintech, or BFSI preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; MBA or HR certifications advantageous.
