
Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of client acquisition and lead generation, with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to develop effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure new clients across various sectors including IT, finance, healthcare, and engineering.
- Build and manage a client pipeline through networking, research, and referrals.
- Maintain strong ties with HR, hiring managers, and department heads.
- Collaborate on sales strategies to increase market share.
- Prepare and present customized proposals to clients.
- Negotiate and close deals aligning with company goals.
- Research industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Work with recruitment and delivery teams for seamless service delivery.
- Track leads, conversion rates, and client satisfaction for data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- 2-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in staffing/recruitment.
- Understanding of temporary, permanent, and contract staffing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, willingness to travel.
