Business Development Opportunities

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of client acquisition and lead generation, with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to develop effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure new clients across various sectors including IT, finance, healthcare, and engineering.
  • Build and manage a client pipeline through networking, research, and referrals.
  • Maintain strong ties with HR, hiring managers, and department heads.
  • Collaborate on sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals aligning with company goals.
  • Research industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Work with recruitment and delivery teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Track leads, conversion rates, and client satisfaction for data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • 2-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in staffing/recruitment.
  • Understanding of temporary, permanent, and contract staffing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, willingness to travel.
