Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Analyzing client needs and preferences to develop targeted sales strategies.
  2. Preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to clients.
  3. Managing and maintaining accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and follow-up actions.
  4. Collaborating with colleagues across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  5. Continuously evaluating and improving sales performance through data analysis and market research.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in developing and managing key accounts.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including CHW systems, DX Systems, Package Units, VRF Systems, Low side products, and HVAC controls.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
