About the Role
The incumbent will be responsible for expanding the MyPartner brand in the target market, ensuring maximum reach and depth. Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding potential travel agents, driving platform adoption, and resolving queries for onboarded agents. The role also involves building strategic partnerships to enhance wallet/market share and drive market growth in terms of active travel agent partners, overall transactions, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding and Relationship Management: Engage with travel agents, manage end-to-end account relationships, and drive sustainable performance in the region. Sourcing and onboarding new travel agents.
- Portfolio Management and Driving Growth: Develop business plans to achieve revenue goals, ensure inventory levels exceed demand, and maintain rate competitiveness across multiple platforms.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Establish and maintain partner relationships, train travel agent partners on the product, build MIS and market intelligence reports, and prepare geography-wise and service-wise sales plans.
- Negotiating: Network, initiate deals, negotiate, and close deals with clients. Strategize to market the MyPartner product effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
A Master's degree from a reputable institution, with 2-6 years of experience in Sales, Travel Trade, Key Account Management, Contracting, or B2B Sales. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is required. Experience handling multiple accounts as a partner is preferred.
