Business Growth Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced leader to oversee the revenue of a region and drive critical growth metrics for both business and people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute actively to strategic business decisions through qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis.
  • Develop, lead, motivate, and manage a young and ambitious team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Owning quality design closures and home improvement services for the region is essential.
  • Drive and meet key performance indicators such as successful design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Providing feedback to improve continuously is crucial.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business or related field would be advantageous.
  • Typically 7-8 years of experience in an interior fit-out business with revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services.
  • Excellent attention to detail and written/oral communication skills.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with direct team reporting in past roles.
