Leadership Role: Regional Growth Strategist
","In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and performance metrics for the region. This includes overseeing critical initiatives such as product launches, process improvements, category expansion, and vendor partnerships.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
","- Education: B.Design/Civil or equivalent degree Or comparable degree in Bachelor Design. MBA would be an added advantage.
- Experience: At least 7-8 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, operating role managing a revenue-generating team(s) or selling design products/services through a team of designers.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills to convey business requirements and needs clearly. Structured thought process and strong analytical ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
