Job Title: Business Growth Strategist
As a Business Growth Strategist, you will be instrumental in driving our company's expansion into new markets and industries. You will work closely with our leadership team to design and execute a sales strategy that accelerates deal closures.
Your key responsibilities will include analyzing our current sales process, identifying bottlenecks delaying closures, and developing strategies to reach decision makers (CXOs, VPs, Procurement heads). You will also design qualification frameworks for consistent pipeline management, structure and package service offerings into PoCs, pilots, and tiered proposals, and train internal sales & account teams on effective discovery, pitching, and follow-up.
In addition, you will support international expansion with tailored messaging for US/EU markets vs Indian markets, build case studies, ROI-driven collateral, and executive-level decks, advise on CRM discipline and automation of follow-ups, and provide mentorship on sales cadence, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B IT services sales / consulting.
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals ($100K+).
- Strong understanding of cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, ERP, or digital transformation services.
- Experience selling in both Indian and international markets (US/EU preferred).
- Excellent network and ability to open doors with senior executives.
