Digital Growth Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive sustainable business growth through paid media investments.
This role requires a strategic mindset with the ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, while inspiring a team to deliver excellence.
You will be responsible for:
- Owning the digital marketing strategy across all channels, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic.
- Driving performance reporting at leadership level and building frameworks for continuous testing and optimization.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business and revenue goals.
- Introducing data-driven methodologies for attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of marketers, fostering innovation and accountability.
Key qualifications include:
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in scaling campaigns.
- Deep expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of CRO, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
- A growth mindset, combining strategic vision with hands-on problem solving.
