Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Adoption Strategist who will drive the successful adoption of our product with clients. The ideal candidate combines deep understanding of our platform with excellent communication skills to ensure effective delivery and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global customers to identify target audiences' training needs, acquire understanding of their applications and processes to derive actionable insights and use cases to improve digital adoption
  • Manage numerous projects, initiatives, and engagements concurrently
  • Develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects and be compliant throughout
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to customers
  • Consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions using our Product Ecosystem
  • Review, analyze, and optimize solutions to increase digital adoption usage by end-users

Required Expertise:

  • 2-6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Account Management, or Software Development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting
  • Analytical mindset and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
