Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Digital Marketing Strategist, where you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing campaigns. You will analyze campaign performance, manage advertising budgets, and optimize campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising networks.
• Analyze campaign performance using data analysis tools to track and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to create compelling ads and leverage data insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to track and measure campaign performance.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment with occasional work from home.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in the marketing industry is a plus.
