About This Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to drive results-oriented paid campaigns across various platforms.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans, leveraging expertise in healthcare marketing.
  • Promote patient acquisition and brand visibility for healthcare services through targeted advertising.
  • Analyze competitor activity, conduct keyword research, and optimize ad targeting strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, preparing regular reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Enhance conversion rates by optimizing landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling ad content and video campaigns aligned with industry guidelines.
  • Evaluate compliance with relevant regulations, including Google's healthcare ad policy and HIPAA/GDPR.
  • Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to engage potential patients.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while minimizing costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO fundamentals, and automation tools.
  • Experience with lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint.
  • Familiarity with healthcare CRM or patient management systems.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
