**Job Title:** Digital Banking Strategist
  As a Digital Banking Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge banking solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and design innovative solutions that comply with regulatory frameworks and align with the strategic objectives of our banking and financial clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Conducting detailed analyses of Open Banking regulations (such as PSD2, PSD3, Open banking - UK and Open Finance), interpreting and translating regulatory requirements into actionable business insights and solutions
  • Producing comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance with the regulation
  • Engaging with stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows
  • Supporting internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is a must
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams
