The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented Sales Executive to join our sales team and contribute to our continued success. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts to drive sales growth and expansion.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers and upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-up to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Identify opportunities for new business development through lead generation and market research.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a B2B sales or account executive role, preferably in the events or conferences industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- A strong networker and relationship builder with a proven track record of success.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
