Business Development Marketing Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Marketing Executive to join our team at SMARTe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing accurate campaigns in the B2B space for account-based marketing, lead generation, lead nurturing, and demand creation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare visually impressive and appealing mailers and digital campaigns.
- Develop and execute campaigns in Salesforce, Pardot, etc., ensuring campaign objectives are met.
- Perform analytics on campaigns to demonstrate success, including segmentation and targeting.
- Write creative email content for high target prospects.
- Connect with prospects on LinkedIn using hyper-personalized messaging.
- Execute LinkedIn marketing to build awareness among prospects.
- Maintain all data and update management systems for various campaigns.
- Adhere to lead targets.
- Analyze systems and recommend improvements to campaigns, preparing relevant reports.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to think strategically. An MBA in Business or Marketing is preferred, along with experience in inside sales, lead generation, or email marketing (preferably international sales).
Salary Estimate:
The salary for this role is approximately ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
