Job Title: Talent Development Professional

This position involves conceptualizing, implementing, and overseeing training programs across multiple establishments to ensure consistent service excellence and operational efficiency.

  • Create core training programs for onboarding, brand standards, guest service, compliance, and operations across all assigned hotels.
  • Tailor training content to meet the needs and culture of each property while maintaining brand alignment.
  • Implement blended learning strategies including in-person, on-the-job, virtual, and e-learning formats.
  • Ensure consistency in training quality across all properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience working within the hospitality industry. They will be responsible for collaborating with hotel leadership teams to identify training needs and create property-specific learning strategies.

  • Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with hotel department heads and HR teams.
  • Analyze performance data, guest feedback, and quality audit scores to identify training gaps and improvement areas.
  • Develop targeted learning solutions based on business objectives and performance outcomes.

The successful candidate will possess excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to design engaging and impactful training content. They will also exhibit high levels of organizational and project management skills, as well as cultural sensitivity when working across diverse teams.
