Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished leader to drive our recruitment strategy for a rapidly expanding fintech organization. This role will oversee the entire talent acquisition process, develop a strong employer brand, and attract top talent across various functions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors. They will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business objectives, leading and mentoring a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, and developing workforce planning to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and promoting a robust employer brand to attract top talent in fintech and technology, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience across all hiring stages, and collaborating with marketing and leadership to run recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and digital branding initiatives.

In addition, they will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on talent trends and best practices, and drive strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and networks.

This role requires excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills, as well as the ability to drive employer branding and build strong talent pipelines for niche roles.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
