Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Financial Officer to lead our accounting function. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to drive financial discipline in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires overseeing the end-to-end accounting process, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and preparing financial statements and MIS reports. Additionally, the successful candidate will manage relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Leadership: Lead and manage the accounting team, driving financial performance and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, analyze financial data, and provide insights to support business decision-making.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, laws, and regulations, identifying and mitigating risks to the organization.
  • Internal Controls: Establish and maintain effective internal controls, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and transparency in financial reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of leadership and financial management.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and financial systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
