Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to drive strategic HR initiatives and lead our team's efforts in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster a positive work culture.
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop recruitment plans and oversee the full-cycle hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top candidates.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster strong relationships with employees through effective communication, conflict resolution, and a supportive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, design and deliver programs, and facilitate skill enhancement and career growth opportunities.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and software for data management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
