Job Title: Talent Acquisition SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our people-first culture and support organizational growth.About the Role:

  • The role also involves overseeing employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a healthy work environment.
  • Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead performance management systems, including appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
  • Ongoing employee engagement programs and team-building activities will be planned and executed by this individual.
  • Compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements is also a key aspect of this role.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR reports is essential.
  • Collaboration with management to identify talent needs and drive retention strategies is critical.
  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an HR professional, preferably in events, media, or marketing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and people management skills.
