Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to drive strategic recruitment initiatives across our global organization. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, leveraging your expertise in sourcing and hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand workforce requirements and design targeted recruitment campaigns.
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and industry networks.
  • Design and implement engaging candidate experiences, ensuring seamless interactions from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes for better results.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6+ years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality hires and driving business growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRMS, and other recruitment software/tools.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
