Executive Talent Acquisition Professional

Job Summary:

A highly motivated and experienced Executive Talent Acquisition Professional is sought after to drive corporate recruitment for India staffing with a strong background in recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Hiring Strategy Development: Collaborate with departmental managers to understand current and future hiring needs, develop actionable plans to meet competitive hiring goals, and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  2. Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer closure for a wide range of roles across departments, ensuring timely and efficient processes.
  3. Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust network of qualified active and passive candidates to ensure quick access to top talent when new roles open up, leveraging various recruitment tools and platforms.
  4. Employer Branding & Outreach: Engage in local and national career fairs to enhance employer branding, attract diverse talent, and promote company culture.
  5. Strategic Recruiting Initiatives: Collaborate with HR leadership and senior management to design, refine, and implement innovative sourcing strategies that align with business growth objectives, staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
  6. Job Posting & Sourcing: Create compelling job descriptions, publish them across relevant channels, and leverage social networks, professional platforms, and job boards to attract high-quality applicants.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement: Develop deep relationships with internal teams to fully understand departmental dynamics, hiring needs, and job specifications, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  8. Recruitment Marketing: Develop and publish engaging job postings on social media, company portals, and external job boards to attract top-tier candidates aligned with business requirements.
  9. Sourcing Excellence: Leverage expertise in recruitment tools, platforms, and techniques to identify and engage top-tier candidates, providing support during discussions and final negotiations.
  10. Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination: Screen resumes, assess candidate suitability, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the interview process, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
  11. Candidate Database Management: Maintain an organized and updated database of all candidate interactions, including prospects, hired employees, and exited personnel, tracking progress and performance metrics.
  12. Process Tracking & Reporting: Follow up on interview statuses, collect feedback, and update records in the internal applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
