  • Talent Pipeline Development: Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and build a proactive talent pipeline.">
  • Recruitment Analytics: Develop and manage recruitment dashboards and analytics to track key hiring metrics and drive continuous improvements.">
  • Time-to-Hire Optimization: Leverage data-driven recruitment insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.">

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) experience, ideally with corporate recruiting environment with full life cycle recruiting experience.">
  • Business Partnering Skills: Excellent business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.">
  • Communication: Set & deliver high customer service standards to both internal and external candidates.">
  • Resourcing Solutions: Drive innovative resourcing solutions to attract the best talent.">
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Building and maintaining talent pipelines within a line of business through targeted candidate relationship interactions.">
  • Selection Decision: Consult on selection decision and offers, frequently involving complex terms and conditions as well as providing strong consultation to management on recruiting and Human Resources policy.">
  • Process Compliance: Complete all process requirements including dispositioning candidates, and ensuring compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements.">
