    • Oversee recruitment strategies to ensure hiring of qualified, diverse, and high-performing employees.
    • Build leadership development programs, succession planning, and learning initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture
    • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Design and implement engagement programs, rewards, and recognition initiatives.
  • Compliance & Policy
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
    • Oversee policy creation, updating, and enforcement.
  • Compensation & Benefits
    • Design and review competitive compensation and benefits packages.
    • Implement performance-based reward structures to drive motivation and retention.
  • Change Management & HR Technology
    • Drive organizational change initiatives and support transitions effectively.
    • Leverage HR technologies to improve efficiency and decision-making.
