We are currently looking for a strategic Human Resources Director to drive business success through effective workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees by addressing their concerns, demands or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent, promoting diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital, ensuring continuous learning and professional growth opportunities.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation and employee well-being.
  • Oversight and management of a performance appraisal system designed to drive high performance and growth across all departments.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably as an HR Manager or Director, with a proven track record of success in managing human resources metrics and architecting strategy.
  • Strong people skills, being highly empathetic and results-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to analyze complex data and create actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills, able to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
