Director of Client Success
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee a large team of professionals, focused on serving Banking and Finance clients in Data & AI space. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in management consulting, presales, and stakeholder management, along with proven experience in delivering complex Management Consulting / Solutioning projects.
The Director of Client Success will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery across multiple projects within the Banking and Finance sector. This includes managing and leading a large team of resources, ensuring timely delivery, budget management, and quality standards. Additionally, the Director will ensure effective project governance, risk management, and escalation processes are in place for all projects. Continuous monitoring and improvement of delivery processes and methodologies is also key to driving operational efficiency.
In this role, the Director will serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives. Building strong relationships with clients to understand their strategic objectives and ensuring alignment with delivered solutions is critical. As a trusted advisor, the Director will provide proactive solutions and insights to drive client success. Regular business reviews and high levels of client satisfaction are expected outcomes.
Key responsibilities include providing expert consulting services to Banking and Finance clients, assisting them in transforming their business processes and IT strategies. Identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings and helping clients navigate digital transformation and Data & AI initiatives is essential. Leading business analysis and problem-solving efforts to help clients identify areas for optimization and innovation is also crucial.
Additionally, the Director will lead sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations. Driving the expansion of the portfolio by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts is a key objective. Participating in RFP responses, engaging in client discussions, and creating winning proposals that meet both client requirements and organizational goals is also required.
Financial acumen and strong financial management skills, with experience handling budgets of over $10-15 million USD, are necessary. Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive large teams to achieve strategic goals, are also essential. Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities, particularly at the executive level, are required.
A bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with an MBA or other relevant advanced degrees preferred, is necessary. A minimum of 18 years of experience in IT services / Management Consulting, with at least 10 years in a leadership role, is required. Proven track records of managing a large-scale portfolio in the Banking and Finance domain, focusing on Data & AI service offerings, are essential. Experience in managing large teams of professionals across multiple locations and strong expertise in Banking and Finance, stakeholder management, and delivery are also required.
